Empanadillas de atún // Tuna's patty

Hola de nuevo,

Después de un tiempo sin recetas interesantes que compartir hoy traigo unas sencillas y deliciosas empanadillas caseras.

Ayer una amiga y yo preparamos nuestras primeras empanadillas sin gluten. Realmente son muy fáciles de preparar y quedan muy ricas.  Aviso que la masa de empanadilla la compramos ya elaborada de la marca ADPAN....

Espero que os animéis a probarlas!



INGREDIENTES:

-  masa de empanada (marca ADPAN)
- 2 latas de atún en aceite de oliva
- 2 huevos
- 1 pimiento rojo pequeño
- 1 cebolla pequeña
- salsa de tomate o mayonesa
- aceite de oliva

PREPARACIÓN:

- Picar bien fino el pimiento y la cebolla. Saltear en una sartén con unas tres cucharadas de aceite hasta que la cebolla se vuelva transparente,  Reservar.

- Hervir los huevos en agua durante unos 8 minutos. Pelar y picar en un bol. Agregar el atún desmenuzado.

- Añadir al bol las verduras y un par o tres de cucharadas de tomate (opcionalmente mayonesa) para ligar bien todos los ingredientes. Mezclar todo muy bien y reservar.

- Extender la masa para empanadilla y cortar en círculos de unos 10 cm de diámetro con ayuda de un vaso, copa, tupper,etc. Extender con los dedos para dejar la masa lo más fina posible sin que se rompa.

- Rellenar cada círculo con una cucharada de la mezcla anterior y cerrar el círculo de masa uniendo los bordes. Sellar los bordes con ayuda de un tenedor.

- Calentar aceite en una sartén y freír las empanadillas. Servir caliente!

This days I have not interesting new receips to share with you. But yesterday I meet with a friend and we prepared our first gluten free pattys. 

I have never prepared pattys at home, and it's really esay and delicious. We buy the mass for patty prepared so it's just cut in circles and fill it.  I hope you like it and try  the receipe!

- pie dough (brand ADPAN in Spain)
- 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 small onion
- tomato sauce or mayonnaise
- olive oil

PREPARATION:

- Finely chop the pepper and onion. Saute in a pan with about three tablespoons of oil until onion becomes transparent, Reserve.

- Boil the eggs in water for about 8 minutes. Peel and put in a bowl, add the tuna.

- Add the vegtables to the bowl  and two or three tablespoons of tomato (or mayonnaise) to bind all the ingredients. Mix everything well and set aside.

- Roll out the dough and cut into circles for about 10 cm in diameter using a cup, tupperware, etc. Extend with your fingers to leave the dough as thin as possible without breaking it.

- Fill each circle with a spoonful of the mixture and close the circle of dough joining the edges. Seal the edges with a fork.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings. Serve hot!
